This app sucks! And has for a very long time! It hardly ever loads any page other than the main account page. It's difficult to navigate. When it does actually load things, it takes FOREVER! It has needed an upgrade for a very long time. It doesn't matter if I'm using data or on WiFi or what type of phone I'm on, it's just horrible and frustrating!

This app needs so much work. Even when I contacted customer service, I was advised that there are glitches and lost of connection is possible and abrupt. Ended up losing connection. Even when I provided my number for a call back, I never got a call back or text. So my problem still exists. This is the second time I've tried support options in this app. And my opinion remains the same. Also, it sucks connecting to even pay the bill online. It just takes so long to load. It really is a mess.

This app has been updated and is STILL horrible. I have 3 accounts but the app shows 4. The app takes forever to go to the payment screens, and one of the valid accounts is still inaccessible in the app - I have to call and pay over the phone or write a check. My experience with trying to pay my bill each month is so bad I will never have automatic payments set up because I don't trust the payment system.
