Dropping my rating down again. This app is poorly designed. the convenience is missing. After adding one item it immediately takes you to checkout from there you have to hit the back button to go add more items. On top of that there is no option to leave a note. For example leave blackened seasoning off fish and etc. You are forced to call. An extra step. If you're forced to call then you might as well place the order over the phone. Why do both? Why use the app at all? Make sense?

I very much like this app, very simple and easy to navigate! A quick process for ordering online! I must say that the only reason I didn't give a 5 star review because there isn't a rewards program. Most every other mobile restaurant app has some sort of rewards program, even if it is a slight reward, it would make me feel a bit more justified in my purchase.

(Feb 2022, still same issues)This app, as of the fall of 2021, has not been working well for me. I'm constantly needing to restart the app, and my order, over and over. I've used this app several times lately, and each time is the same. I'm especially having issues when it comes to completing the order. I'm told that either I'm outside of the delivery area (which I'm not, we order delivery from there all the time), or it says that the tip is not supported (which seems ridiculous). Frustrating.
